An attack on the migrant detention centre in Libya has killed at least 40 migrants.
About 80 others were injured of which most of the victims were believed from sub-Sahara Africa trying to cross the sea and reach Europe.
Government forces and 'LNA' rebels led by Gen Khalifa Haftar at war blamed each other of the attack.
At the scene, Khalid bin-Attia, a medical doctor said the attack was premeditated.
Thousands of migrants including children, however, are being held in detention centres in Libya.
